A Study On Institutional Reform Of Income Distribution Of Universities

It is necessary and imperative under the situation to strengthen the implementation of the institutional reform of internal income distribution and to establish a flexible management system of income distribution according to the features of universities, because the institutional reform of income distribution of the universities is not only the main content of the umversity reform but also the embodiment of the reform of the personnel system. It has the operation significance to study on the reform of the income distribution of universities, to make clear the relation of distribution, to regularize the order of income distribution, to establish a scientific, reasonable and equitable income distribution system, to avoid the equalitarianism during the income distribution, to motivate the enthusiasm of the teachers and encourage them to innovate and to enhance the ability to compete with other universities.This thesis, taking Xiangfan University as an example, mainly analyses the factors that influence the income distribution system of university and probes into the problems that existed in the current income distribution system of universities with the correlation theory as the foundation in the situation that distribution system has been reformed all over the country, aiming at finding out the strategies to reform the income distribution system of university in China by learning the experiences from other countries like America, Japan, Germany and India.This thesis has the following four chapters:The first chapter analyses the importance and the purpose of the reform of the income distribution system of university with the support of the correlation theory and proposes the principles of institutional reform of the income distribution of university.The second chapter reviews the history of the income distribution system around the period when the policy of opening up was implemented. The author analyses the problems that income distribution system existed and finds out the reasons behind them with the material support on actuality of the institutional reform of income distribution from Xiangfan UniversityThe third chapter compares the income distribution system with other countries like America, Japan, Germany and India and gets the beneficial experiences.The fourth chapter puts forward the policy of institutional reform of the income distribution of university, the first is to reform the management system of income distribution; and the second is to make the assistant mechanism sound; the third is to establish an income distribution system that conforms the features of university; the fourth is to design the enforcement regulations according to the new reorganization scheme.
