The Analysis Of The Farmers' Cooperation About Public Products

Accompany with reform since 1980s in 20 centuries of huge success and modern society of transformation, the village appeared to an irrational narrow circumstances on a very great degree particularly after practicing a current village tax fee reform. Now in the village's the public realm is neglected by us .This public realm includes public infrastructure in the village. The public infrastructure's construction cannot get away from farmer's participation but the farmer's passion of participation isn't high and the farmer's cooperation ability in the construction process of public infrastructure is low.In this text I analyze a construction process of a village road to find which factors influent villager's cooperation behavior and put forward some suggestions.As a public product, the construction of the country road is very important for rural areas and have a great function to the development of village community. The content of social capital in rural community is very important for construction of public products.This article consists of five sections:Chapter one is introduction. It's about the reason and the realistic meaning of the selected title,the basic questions and materials system used of this thesis.Chapter two is Introduced the theories, concept and research assumption involved on this research.Chapter three is making use of the method of countryside inquisition, describing economy, politics, social culture in the village to develop present conditions, announcing the background of phenomenon of the villagers' low cooperation. Chapter four is try to find the reasons of the low cooperation of villagers. Chapter five try to put forward some suggestions about this topic.Last part is try to put forward a suggestion that is want to solve many village problems must strengthen the local culture of the village.
