The Study Of Government Trust During The Period Of Transformation

Trust is extremely important to the existence and development of mankind society.In the whole trust system, the government trust is doubtless placed in the core and basal position, especially in modern society.Government trust reflects the relationship between the government and people. It is the approbation of people to the government's behavior.But people's disaffection to government would cause the crisis of government trust. To maintain certain degree of trust is very important for a government's normally operation.The government trust with higher degree is propitious to develop a society in harmonious condition .Seeing from current situation, descend of the government trust seems to be a widespread phenomenon, it happens both in western developed country with mature democratic institution and the developing nations which is still under an authoritarian system.The scholars and organizations of different nations have done much research about this project and the substantial evidence of the investigation all confirm this.Now we are in the special period of social transformation, because of the influence of many social factors,such as the friction conflict between the old and new social system; the differentiation of social value; the selection of value diversified, and the impact of foreign culture and so on. The level, quality and consciousness of the government management still include a certain margin with the expectation of the society; The existence of various non- reasonableness administration behavior has weakened the administration ability of the government to a large extent, injured the authority of the government and influenced citizen's trust to government.This thesis analysis the problem from four aspects:The first part include the research origin, the signification of the research ,the method and the way of the study ,and lookback the relative research which have been done.The second part analyzed the current situation of the government trust based on the inquisition data and the behave of the crisis of the government trust. The third part analyzed the various factors which influence the government trust.from the two aspect of object and main body. The fourth part combined the above analysis to put forward my opinion and the viewpoint to the reconstruction of government trust.
