From the evaluation guideline system's establishment to the evaluation operation and management, the research to the network-course evaluation is incentive and the adopted method is also brought into forth and fresh continually. In recent years, many researchers work hard to use their returns to promote the network-course evaluation and bring the evaluation's result more reasonably, scientifically and correctly. However, the present research is mainly resetting on the stage of obtaining an evaluation result blindly, few of them discuss that by these method whether the evaluation result is accurate. If the result is not exact, what is the reason? How far can the network-course evaluation result what they did in one time be generalized? As seen by the general category of measurement, in respect that network-course evaluation is also a kind of teaching action of the subject value judgment on a network-course content that is taught, the network-course evaluation is a special measure, the error is inevitable in the appraisal process. But these days from the error angle, the evaluation result and the error research to the evaluation table are fairly lack.Generalizability Theory is a modern measure theory which can distinguish measure object and evaluate it's real strength, and control the measurement-evaluation error. This research begins with the angle of error, using a set of data of Network College In Central China Normal University, exercises the principle and methods of the univarite generalizability theory, confirming the measure mode of c××r, writing the program connected with the G and D study, and attain some data by running the program. We used multivariate generalizability theory to study network-course which conclude many factors.we also wrote MGENOVA program and ran it and we attained corresponding data. After we analyzed these data, we found that these errors came from commentators and target items. We saw about the generalizability quotients of every assess items in the example, made the data as proof, adjusted the evaluated result of the network-course. At last we made the advice to the check and accept standard of whole network-course evaluation and checkup. On the basis of study, these researches use the other network-course's evaluation standard system for reference, modified the evaluation standard, and obtain a new network-course evaluation table.This article thinks the Generalizability Theory can analyze the result of the network-course evaluation, infer the result properly, analyze and control the error for the quality of the network-course evaluation, and at last give proofs and reference to those persons who use network-course. When generalizability theory is used in the network-course evaluation, it can improve the evaluation quality to network-course. Using generalizability theory to study the data of network-course evaluation, we can guide the detail when implement the network-course evaluation such as the amount of commentators, optimizing evaluation standard system and so on.
