This paper in the direction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation primarily referred to creativity evaluation of high school students based on consensual assessment technique using a variety of methods such as analytic hierarchy process, grey relation analysis and neural network and so on. Entire disquisition enriched and spread creativity evaluation system under consensual assessment technique, and supplied references to creativity assessment work with special methods and technique. Conclusions were as follows:(1) Drawing test containing general index and sub-indexes of diversity, novelty and reality and composition test containing general index and sub-indexes of material selected, content, language, frame were designed in this paper. Professional raters of relevant domain made creativity assessments of each sub-index and general index for each production with consensual assessment technique.The results indicated that inter-rater consistency was good on the whole, and the extent of consistency related to the field of creative task.(2) Systematic research was carried on using generalizability theory. The results showed that each test had a favorable reliability and its sub-index designed and raters selected were both feasible.(3) This paper discussed relevant method and technique adapt to creativity data obtained with consensual assessment technique. The results showed that fuzzy synthesis assessment based on analytic hierarchy process, grey relation analysis, learning vector quantization neural network were all valid tools of dealing with creativity data of high school students based on consensual assessment technique; using comprehensive information of membership vector was better than using maximal membership principle on the decision of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.(4) Comparing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of sub-indexes creativity of products with general evaluation results of creativity of products, and discovered that the former could reflect the creativity level better. That was to say, there existed two ways as making creativity evaluation of products with consensual assessment technique; one method was to get comprehensive evaluation using fuzzy mathematics after appraising all sub-indices of product, the other way was to make an overall evaluation of product; we should select the former rather than the latter between the two methods.(5) From the relation among tests as well as between each test and creative tend- ency questionnaire, conclusions obtained were as follows:for creativity assessment based on consensual assessment technique, overall test could reflect creativity level better rather than single test; creativity had a domain-specific character.
