Higher Normal University has been playing an important role in training persons qualified to teach as the nucleus of teacher education in China. The idea of life-long education has promoted the reform of global teacher education, so teacher specialization has become the target of teacher education reform. To deal with traditional education ,development of knowledge economy and new primary education curriculum, China correspondingly proposed quality education, innovation as well as higher requirement for the quality teachers. With the development of society, It is an essential part to develop persons qualified to teach in Higher Normal University in China. However, curriculum installment of teacher education is the core and key of teacher education, the reform of teacher education mainly lies in curriculum reform. That is, according to the standard of teacher profession, establish training goal and training specification of teacher education, and form curriculum system of teacher education speciality.Common education curriculum, education profession, subject profession curriculum and education practice curriculum constitute curriculum system of teacher education. At present, in Higher Normal University in China curriculum installment of teacher education has many problems ,such as ambiguous functional orientation of curriculum installment, unreasonable curriculum structure proportion, empty inflexible curriculum content, single curriculum type, short practice and neglecting curriculum evaluation etc. Considering the shortcoming and insufficiency of curriculum installment in Higher Normal University in China, by analyzing and comparing curriculum installment of teacher education in developed countries, in the last part of passage, tactics are raised to reform the curriculum of teacher education in Higher Normal University in China: establish scientific directional idea and reform goal of teacher education curriculum reform, adjust curriculum structure proportion and curriculum content and found valid curriculum evaluation systems.
