Currently,the construction of teachers' team has become the focus of basic education development in our country,which is also an urgent problem in the quality of teacher education.The higher normal universities whose duty are to cultivate qualified teachers should take the initiative to undertake corresponding responsibilities,carry out the teachers' education as a platform to help improve the overall level of teachers and promote the teachers' professional development in the direction of specialization within the campus.Higher normal universities should to understand the needs of basic education development and frontline teachers.On that basis of actual demand,we can pertinently optimize the teachers' education curriculum,enhance the overall effect of the teacher education curriculum as well as cultivate students' good quality and improve their core competitiveness,which lay a solid foundation for teaching jobs in the future.This paper adopts the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the early primary and secondary school teachers' current accomplishment,tries to learn the feedback from the teachers' education curriculum when they were in collages to accept the teacher education curriculum and the needs in actual education teaching related to teaching content,and combine with the relevant policy requirements for the primary and secondary school teachers literacy,in order to find the shortages and reflect the current teachers' education curriculum of higher normal universities as well as put forward some suggestions and measures for the reform of teacher education curriculum.Firstly,this paper states the background of the problem put forward,illustrates the theoretical and practical significance of this study.Through the consultation of articles and books,sorting out the research on teacher education curriculum in higher normal universities,in order to define the core concepts and explain the research ideas and methods of this study.Then using the method of literature,through the interpretation and analysis of the relevant policy documents,sorting out the qualities that a teacher should have,mainly including teachers professional concept,knowledge structure system and teachers' ability.By using the method of questionnaire and interview to survey the six primary and secondary schools' Newly-appointed Teachers in Dalian city,the survey consist of the Newly-appointed Teachers feedback when they were in university to accept their teacher education curriculum and the current quality of Newly-appointed Teachers.Based on the data collection and analysis,the results of the analysis of primary and middle school Newly-appointed Teachers reflect that teachers' quality demands a lot with respect to the curriculum reform.In the aspect of professional quality,teacher education curriculum should assist Newly-appointed Teachers to set up a correct view of teacher,education and student,strengthen teacher's professional ethics;In the field of knowledge structure system,teacher education curriculum should clear the teachers' knowledge blind area to help teachers to master more knowledge of practical;In the aspect of teachers ability needs,teacher education curriculum should help teachers to strengthen professional development ability,improve their self-learning consciousness and cultivating teachers' practical ability.Finally,putting forward some suggestions and measures for the reform of teacher education curriculum,mainly including: renewing education idea,integrating the teacher education curriculum,optimizing the teacher education curriculum implementation,perfecting the evaluation system of teacher education curriculum.
