Stepping into 21st century, radical changes have taken place in Chinese education system of teacher from school operation to enrollment and employment. Today, unitary pattern of selecting candidates of teacher from normal universities has been broken through in cultivation and employment of teachers for primary and high schools. Compared with normal universities subordinate to Ministry of Education and universities with major of Education of Teacher, local normal universities are occupying obviously disadvantageous position in aspects of HR, source of student, fund of operation, etc. The thesis focuses on theoretical exploration, history retrieval, international development tendency and current situation analysis of curriculum system on pre-professional education of teacher in local advanced normal universities so that possible causes can be pinpointed and corresponding solutions be found for innovation of the curriculum system and highlighting feature of school and enhancing vigor of operation.The thesis is divided into 5 sections. Part 1 is preface with brief description of the cause for selecting such topic, summary of relevant research as well as thinking and method of research. Part 2 bases on elaboration of Teacher Quality Structure Theory and Curriculum Value Orientation to analyze theoretical foundation and realistic background for establishing curriculum system on pre-professional education of teacher in local advanced normal universities. Section 3 looks back upon one-century evolution of curriculum on education of teacher in China transversally and longitudinally. Characteristics of curriculum on pre-professional education of teacher in Taiwan, Singapore and USA are compared to deepen comprehension of configuration of pre-professional pedagogue curriculum for teachers and knowledge of basic trend of the configuration internationally. Section 4 includes analysis of existent problems in curriculum for pre-professional education of teacher in local advanced normal universities and corresponding possible causes by means of various investigation and interview. Section 5 bases on analysis of theory and these problems in foregoing 4 parts, then fundamental thinking on establishment of curriculum system on pre-professional education of teacher in local advanced normal universities is suggested at angles of training target and patterns, selection of curriculum value orientation, guideline and basic principle on reform of curriculum, etc. Meanwhile, major of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics (for pedagogical purpose) is taken as instance and a configuration scheme of curriculum on pre-professional education of teacher in local advanced normal universities is developed with integrated local feature, multi levels, openness and selectiveness.
