Based on previous studies, Current research on rural teacher burnout is not much. Most studies teacher burnout has focused on teachers in general population. This group of rural teachers did not study individual burnout. In addition, due to the lack of classification, previous studies whether the results are generally groups of teachers Institute appears to be able to promote the township teacher groups still debatable. Third, Positive emotions help township primary school teachers build a better psychological capital thereby reducing burnout. Fourth, positive emotions can help township primary school teachers improve the cognitive structure mitigate burnout.
