| The implementation of new curriculum proposes the challenge to the physical teacher's specialized abilities. Therefore, all grades of educational departments unceasingly enforce the teacher training and teaching research, from the government to the school. The activities of web-based teaching research become blooming under such background, which are organized and developed by some local educational departments. It is very necessary to carry on the investigation of the current web-based teaching research activity for the absence of the related research. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the present implementation of web-based teaching research in physics, and to provide some suggestions for the practices.The thesis is consisted of three parts. The first part is the analysis of the character of web-based teaching research and the organization mechanism of web-based teaching research activity by summarizing the related research material of web-based teaching research and conventional teaching research.The second part tries to reveal the state quo, especially the demands of physical teachers who are participating web-based teaching research by the questionnaire survey and interview. There are 147 physical teachers surveyed by the webpage form questionnaire, and 5 teachers received individual interviews, we obtain the following conclusions:1. The surveyed teachers are not very satisfied with the present conventional teaching research activity, they generally think it become more and more formalization, the research atmosphere is bad, and it is difficult to have some harvest.2. The number of teachers is relatively small which are participating in web-based teaching research activity, because most of them don't learn about this kind of activity. But they all show greatly interesting to the web-based teaching research activity and want to participate in such activity.3. The chatting tools and the website forum are the main used forms by teachers who are participating in the web-based teaching research activity. These forms obtained approval of most teachers, and they are useful to the classroom teaching.4. Some teachers think the preparations are quite important to the web-based teaching research activity. And they think the absence of hardware equipments, teachers' information literacy are the main reasons, which always result in the unsuccessful development of web-based teaching research activity.5. The surveyed teacher expects that the organization should become more and more standardized in the web-based teaching research activity.Combined with the teacher's interviews, we consider the web-based teaching research activity supported by the website article system, the Web log, and BBS together, such as like phys.cersp.com. Teachers can communicate with the expert through the forum. This mode incarnate specialized lead, cater to the teacher's needs. But timeliness insufficient and the subject of the research process aren't prominent. While use chatting tools, we choose instant chatting tools, such as the QQ group and the UC. This mode is instantly and easily, therefore such form web-based teaching research activity is quite popular.Through the investigation, we consider the traditional ideas, hypothesized characteristic of network, and the deletion of organization influence the development of web-based teaching research. At the end of this thesis, we provide some suggestions for the web-based teaching research activity. |
