May 2010, the central official instructs Kasha for the Special Economic Zone, marking Kasha has entered a period of rapid development, however, education is first before economic is developing. Physical education is a important subject of school education, it makes a important role of implementing quality education and forming the health awareness of life and moral, intellectual and physical development for students. In view of this, specifically making status and investigate research on Physical Education of Middle School based on the context of Kashgar Special economic zones, striving to find out the problems physical education in Middle School of Kasha, giving the suggestions, and then providing a theoretical reference for the development of school sports in Kashgar.Through adopting literature, questionnaires, expert interviews, statistics and other methods, it makes a full range of research and analysis on the middle school physical education teachers team, the situation of class, status and material conditions, and so on,in the city of Kashgar concluding 27 secondary schools (18 national,5 Han, Min Han 4). The results show that:1,Teachers are more single-origin; Age structure tends to younger; Title structure is not reasonable; It leads to a gender imbalance between men and women teachers by local cultural and religious implications. In addition, national teachers have lower levels of teaching; Teachers have fewer training opportunities to go out; The overall research situation is not ideal.2, The physical education and implementation is normal, and students have a wide range of learning interesting, a better motivation, and a right attitude.3, Compared with other courses, the physical education have a lower status, taking the situation is more frequent, theory course is weak, and new curriculum reform encountered more resistance, by the traditional concepts and exam-oriented education.4,The contents of teaching based on the still traditional in physical education; teaching content is single; teaching method is simple; teaching organization is not reasonable; the evaluation system is not perfect.5, Sports equipment is relatively weak; Sports financial input is less, and have the emergence of imbalances between schools; It can not meet the needs of learning and teaching of sports.
