A harmonious interpersonal relationship is the need for the growth of college students, but also an important standard to measure their personal health. Interpersonal cognition is a rational form of interpersonal relationships, and only by knowing the relationships existing in others, in others and oneself, the response to oneself, can one be able to better understand himself and regulate his interpersonal relations with others. To be overall, the development of interpersonal cognition is the foundation for the development of interpersonal relationships. College students' interpersonal cognitive development is not yet ripe; the cognitive process is easy biased, thus affecting the harmonious interpersonal relationships. Therefore, enhancing the level of interpersonal cognitive development is a real urgent issue to develop sound interpersonal relationships, cultivate perfect personality.Aesthetics is a necessary way to shape ideal personality, fulfill overall development, making students themselves continuously perfected. The aesthetic relationships between man and reality, illuminates interpersonal psychology, because people's psychology relationships with others also embodies aesthetic relationships, such as interpersonal attractions, harmonious interpersonal relationships, which can give people aesthetic contentment.In Chinese history, Confucius is the first to underline and pioneer Aesthetics, and think of Aesthetics and arts as special role in subject cultivations to enter into spiritual world. In western Aesthetics history, Schiller is the first to come up with the conception Aesthetics, and say, only aesthetic can endow people social intercourse personality, only aesthetic enjoyment can give the social harmony. As is mentioned above, Aesthetics plays a special role in harmonize interpersonal relationships, which is no alternative.Present studies about college students interpersonal relationships come from Psychology, Sociology, Management, Social psychology much more, mainly involved in group regulating, group communication, group collision, group cohesion and so on. Little study is cross-subject of college student's interpersonal relationship. and about the development of college students interpersonal relationships and the cultivation of students Personality, which associate Aesthetic Psychology with guidance instruction; Research methods, there are much more theoretical and research studies, but innovative study is few, experiment study is short more; research model is little comprehensive analysis, only remains in the physiology, psychological or social factors; Intervention in the interpersonal problems, many studies adopt the form of psychological intervention, little study is adopt Aesthetics improve college students interpersonal relationships; from the study result, there are more behavior research , which are lack of cognition research, especially the study of the relations of the aesthetic evaluation and Inclination of Interpersonal cognition. On the basis of this research, my study melt with cross-subject theory, from the angle of Aesthetic Education and the way of Aesthetic Evaluation Guide, exploring Aesthetic Evaluation Guide's impact on inclination of student's Interpersonal CognitionThrough inspecting aesthetic evaluation guide's impacts on inclination of university students' interpersonal cognition theoretically, the study proposes three hypotheses: (1) university students who have high aesthetic evaluation level will have positive inclination of interpersonal cognition; (2)aesthetic evaluation guide can enhance the level of university students' aesthetic evaluation; (3) aesthetic evaluation guide can improve inclination of university students' interpersonal cognition. The study progressed the verification by surrounding these hypotheses and according to theresearch way of "analyzing theory------design questionnaires------research positively------revealrelation------verify hypotheses ".In analyzing theory, defines the connotation of aesthetic evaluationlevel and inclination of interpersonal cognition; establishes the theoretical basis for the function of aesthetic evaluation interpersonal, through Physiology, Aesthetic Psychology, Social Psychology, Personality Psychology. Explores and constructs the model of aesthetic evaluation guide, and develops "university students' aesthetic evaluation level and inclination of interpersonal cognition questionnaire". In positivism, we draw out new students from sixteen dormitories in Chongqing Normal University. Firstly, the study adopts survey, analyses relation between the level of aesthetic evaluation and inclination of interpersonal cognition; secondly, the study averages these students to experimental group and control group. Teacher adopts "the model of aesthetic evaluation guide ", which instructs experimental group's students to understand essence conception of human beauty and apply aesthetic words accurately. The time is 4 weeks, control group have no instruction. Finished experiment, we test experimental group and control group by questionnaire. Finally, the study conducts One-Sample T Test study, Correlation study and Regression study, adopts SPSS12.0 to deal with the data, in order to explore impaction Aesthetic Evaluation Guide's on Inclination of university students' Interpersonal Cognition. We can draw the following conclusions from this study;1. There is correlation between the factors of aesthetic evaluation level and the factors of interpersonal cognition inclination. Among them, there is a significant positive correlation factors between the three factors of aesthetic evaluation level, "tendentious", "wide" and "abundant", and "the inclination of cognize others". Also the higher level of aesthetic evaluation, cognitive inclination to others more actively. There was significant positive correlation between the "tendentious" of aesthetic evaluation level and "inclination of cognize others and himself relationship", and cited the higher level of positive terms, his cognitive inclination to others and himself relationship is more active.2. The "tendentious" of aesthetic evaluation is a significant factor to interpersonal cognitive inclination, and in interpersonal relationships, student .cited the more active vocabulary ,has more active interpersonal cognitive inclination.3. Having finished aesthetic evaluation guide, the three factors of experimental group, "tendentious" , "wide" and "abundant", towered over the control group, so did the factor of cognition to others of interpersonal cognitive inclination. Cognitive experimental group and the control group have no significant difference in the factors of the cognition to others and him.4. After guiding aesthetic evaluation, the social measure index and group cohesion are significantly higher than before.5. This study shows that, with aesthetic evaluation guide, It is possible for university students to form positive interpersonal cognitive inclination, but, the possibility is limited.This research has two innovations. Firstly, it takes aesthetics as the new view and combines many other disciplines theories, such as Physiological Psychology, Aesthetic Psychology, Social Psychology and Personality Psychology, And establishes the theory foundation of Aesthetic Evaluation Interpersonal function; secondly, the study constructs the model of aesthetic evaluation guide firstly, which is not only have sufficient theory basis, but also have strong operation, the experimental research has examined the educational model validity about improving university students' interpersonal cognition. The discovery is of important theoretical value and practice significance to further rich university students' human communication theory, achieve university goal of developing university students' aesthetic quality and interpersonal relationship ability, and promote comprehensive development of university students' Personality health.
