A Study On Chinese Regional Education Development Trend

As a developing country, regional education has been one of the most important contents in china's education organization reform. Especially in the present situation, when we put forward scientific concept of development and the target of setting up harmonious society, regional education has been a focus that attracts social concern. This is because the situation of regional education and the level of its coordinated development can reflect a society overall, coordinated and sustainable development degree.This study mainly lays emphasis on the problem of our country's regional education development trend. This paper tries to find our country's regional education development trend and features through reviewing its history process. This paper also tries to make us have a general understanding over china's regional education using historical research methods and historical literatures. Through empirical analysis, this paper examines the difference of regional education and its development trend.This study reviews regional education history since the foundation of our country firstly; pointing out that regional education in our country has experienced two development stages, namely the balanced and the unbalanced, and then mainly examines the unbalanced condition, its cause and harm. Based on the work above, the researcher thinks that the coordinated development is a choice that we must make for our country's regional education.In discussing theories foundation of coordinated development, we must follow two principles for the coordinated development of regional education, as following: first, to harmonize the relation between efficiency and equality; second, to unite acting as circumstance permit with all-round consideration. We also have some measures to promote the coordinated development of regional education as following: first, ensure the strategic position of education without changing; second, setup the overall education idea and promote the education development of different district; third, establish the long-term system to promote regional education continually.In the last part, the author retrospect and considers the whole study deeply, pointing out its deficiency and discussing what can be done worthily on this subject in the future.
