The development of the modern information technology and arising of internet challenge traditional education seriously. Every country sets it as a direction for the development of future education to push on IT-Based Education.Our country also takes strong measures to fasten the development of IT-Based Education. But because of the different economy, ideas and alents, the development of IT-Based Education in our country isn't in balance.This article,in the form of survey, is about the current situation of maths IT-Based Education in Xingguo county middle schools, the writer analyses and synthesizes the nowadays problems and has a case study in a provincial experimental school of modern education technology.The writer also raises some strategies after consulting with quantities of materials bibliography. This study is mainly composed of four modules.The first module is introduction as well as the first part of this essay. The main ideas are including the background,the purpose and the significance of the Study and the objects and methods of the study.The second module is a summary of bibliography as well as the second part of this essay.The main ideas are including the summary of the research at home and abroad.The third module is Rationale as well as the third part of this essay.The fourth module is the essential part of this essay.It is composed of the fourth and the fifth parts including integrating IT-Based Education into curriculum.The result of the survey show that we have get some success in our county's Education informationization.But we also meet three problems: first,valuing hardware and despising software,repeating in low level, not emphasizing practical results,low utilization ratio and inefficient.Second, the teaching resources mainly are in the courseware manufacture and the use, still had many insufficiencies.Third,shortage of training, teachers are poor in information accomplishment. In order to solve the above problems,the author thinks the followings should be done:First, According to reasonable proportional distribution fund to strengthen the basic building of informationization.Second,strengthened courseware program, the courseware must aim at the learning environment to design. Third, strengthening the teacher's training, improving the teachers abilities and changing their teaching ideas.
