| The purpose of the paper is to choose a CEE mode which is adaptive to the situation of China . Nowadays there are five kinds of CEE modes in the world .The first one is the mode of the unitary CEE ;the second one is the comprehensive evaluation mode which includes unitary exam ,results at other times and societal activities ;the third one is the classified CEE mode ;the fourth one is the mode of"the unitary CEE and independent CEE"; the last one is the mode of independent enrolment of university . The paper mainly consists of six parts: the first part is the preface in which the background of the innovation of CEE mode in China is concerned with .The second part is about the reformations of CEE system in the USA, Japan , and European countries with the historic method and comparative method .In the third part ,we will make the depiction of the history ,actuality of the reformation of CEE system in China and analyze its motive forces of change by ways of document-referring and interviewing . In the fourth part we will construct evaluation criteria system of CEE mode with the Delphi method on the background of introducing its constructing theory; In the fifth part we will make the overall and systematic exploration to the five kinds of CEE modes from the view of equality of exam ,being favorable to single out ,organizing scientifically, leading to basic education correctly and cost of exam by analytical hierarchy process, then we think that we should construct the exam modes system in which the unitary CEE mode is predominant and diverse CEE modes are secondary. The sixth part is to introduce the supplement and perfection of the mode of the unitary CEE.
