In recent years,the "new curriculum reform" and "new examination reform" related policies have been continuously promulgated.All parts of the country are exploring new teaching models and examination admission models,diversified training models,and rapid development of secondary education.In 2014,the State Council issued the "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Examination Enrollment System".In the same year,Zhejiang Province and Shanghai were the first batch of reform pilot provinces and cities to carry out the reform.In 2017,Shandong Province,as the second batch of reform pilot provinces and cities,began to implement the teaching reform under the "3+3" new college entrance examination model.By 2020,the college entrance examination will begin to implement a new college entrance examination model.Under the new college entrance examination situation,the student training plan,teaching plan,college entrance examination application plan and college admission plan have all been changed to a certain extent.Teaching in such a large environment has not only made major adjustments in teaching content,examination types,examination time,etc.,but also put forward higher,more comprehensive and more efficient requirements for the cultivation of students' subject quality.The author mainly uses literature research methods,survey research methods,statistical analysis methods and other methods,taking the education and teaching activities and student learning development of the nineteenth middle school in Qingdao,Shandong Province in the past three years as an example,and analyzes the "3+3" college entrance examination model in Shandong Province.Investigation and research have been carried out on the teaching practice of selective courses and stratified classes.The first chapter of this article defines the concepts of "3+3" mode of college entrance examination,passing examination,grade examination,and class-selected class teaching.At the same time,it summarizes the current research status of the new college entrance examination reform policy and domestic and foreign research on the teaching mode and other related content.The main content of this article is the study of the practice of elective and hierarchical teaching in Qingdao 19 th Middle School under the environment of Shandong college entrance examination reform.The second chapter is the research on the training methods of students under the "3+3" mode.Under the new college entrance examination model,the development and evaluation of students are diversified.The passing examination and grade examination also set clear requirements for the content and requirements of physics subjects that students need to learn.In view of the flexibility of students' choice of subjects and the diversity of students' assessment under the "3+3" model of the new college entrance examination,the teaching model of choosing subjects and taking classes in different classes has emerged.The third chapter is the practice and research of the hierarchical teaching mode of physics.As a new teaching mode under the "3+3" mode of the college entrance examination,selective courses and stratified class teaching have been widely adopted.This article takes the author's school as an example to study the teaching practice activities in the three academic years from 2017 to 2020 after the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform in Shandong Province,and analyze the problems encountered in teaching activities such as collective lesson preparation,teaching class management,and teaching evaluation and how to adopt Measures.At the same time,in the case of a large shift,the completion of the individualized training goals of students depends on the implementation of the full-staff education tutor system.Analyze the problems and solutions in the education of students' academic career planning.The fourth chapter focuses on the effect of the teaching practice of the hierarchical class system in the selection of courses.The author comprehensively analyzes the students through the tracking analysis of the performance of the2020 college entrance examination candidates,student questionnaire surveys,and interviews with representatives of teachers and moral education teachers.Analyze the development situation,so as to complete the corresponding evaluation of the selective teaching mode.Finally,through the study of the relevant literature and the practice and evaluation of class selection and class-based teaching,this article summarizes several conclusions of this research: So far the college entrance examination policy is still being reformed,and high schools and parents still need to pay attention College entrance examination trends.The new college entrance examination policy gives students a diversified development,but the education department also needs to provide better guidance between students' course selection and the professional needs of colleges and universities.In the new college entrance examination environment,the hierarchical and class-based teaching model has become a teaching model for many schools,and it has also achieved good teaching results,but there are still many areas that need to be improved.Under the new college entrance examination environment,the tutor system for all-staff education has solved some problems in the management of students in administrative classes and achieved good moral education effects.
