Currently under the situation that the"three-rural problems"has become the focus of our party's work and it is quite popular among the nation to construct a new–countryside tide, rural middle vocational and technical education destined to be one irreplaceable tunnel to resolve problems from agriculture, the countryside and the farmers. However, at present the significance of rural middle vocational and technical education has been far more than understood completely, and the developing state of it needs to be worried. So what are the factors restricting the development of rural middle vocational and technical education? And what measures should be taken to promote the development of rural middle vocational and technical education? All these questions has made rural middle vocational and technical education an important and imminent project. This research, following the searching mind of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, could be divided into six chapters.Chapter One IntroductionThis chapter mainly includes four parts: defining the problem, confining the conception, summarization of references and researching approaches.Chapter Two Analyzing the significance of developing rural middle vocational and technical educationThis chapter points out developing rural middle vocational and technical education is the necessity of cultivating new-style peasants, smoothly transferring the country labor force, and being universalized in high-school education in a large scale among the countryside, hence rural middle vocational and technical education comes to be one irreplaceable tunnel to resolve the three-rural problems, and we must strengthen the development of rural middle vocational and technical education.Chapter Three Analyzing the current state of rural middle vocational and technical education and existing problemsIn order to grasp the first-hand material of the development of rural middle vocational and technical education, and grasp its genuine existence, this research has investigated in details about the current state and existing problems of rural middle vocational and technical education. Through this investigation it becomes understandable that the present education resource of rural middle vocational and technical education has been improved, but is still short in size; and because of severe financial shortage, terrible conditions in establishing schools ; it is poor in the countryside about teachers resource, especially lacking bi-teacher style teachers; students graduated from rural middle vocational and technical education confronts great hardships in job markets, and they feel not quite satisfied about job hunting.Chapter Four Analyzing factors restricting the development of rural middle vocational and technical educationThis chapter has analyzed from four aspects the factors restricting the development of rural middle vocational and technical education, pointed out the development of rural middle vocational and technical education not only has been influenced by the internal factors of rural middle vocational and technical education system, but also by others such as cultural opinion, kinds of regulations and the development of local economy.Chapter Five Discussing strategies to promote the development of rural middle vocational and technical educationThis chapter tends to discuss realistic measures to promote the development of rural middle vocational and technical education according to those restricting factors which has been analyzed in last chapter. All these measures include three aspects which are improving complete comprehension of the significance of rural middle vocational and technical education from the society, the government, potential students with their parents, creating appropriate environment for the system of rural middle vocational and technical education and strengthening self-construction of rural middle vocational and technical education.Chapter Six Conclusion and expectation...
