Currently under the situation that the"three-rural problems"has become the focus of our party's work and it is quite popular among the nation to construct a new–countryside tide, rural middle vocational and technical education destined to be one irreplaceable tunnel to resolve problems from agriculture, the countryside and the farmers. However, at present the significance of rural middle vocational and technical education has been far more than understood completely, and the developing state of it needs to be worried.
