With the coming of the 21th century, human beings come into an infinitely energetic and hopeful world. As a teacher, what kind of education can we bring to the lovely epoch? To achieve better effect of educating, we must create the content, form and carrier of teaching, because the flaw of heavy goals, fixed subject and object, single transmitter and so on exist in the traditional teaching of ideology-politics education.In this thesis, the author gives the explanation that how to strengthen the education of middle school students'ideology-politics, and tries to gain the measures used to improve accomplishment of the students'ideology-politics by analyzing relationship of the school students, student organization and the educating of school students'ideology-politics in the middle schools.The student organization can be divided into formal and informal organization according to nature, and can be divided into studying student organization and non-studying one according to the functions. The author expounds the functions of the ideology-politics of the middle school students based on these two criteria.The author analyzes the characters of the students, the reasons of the raising of the students organization in middle schools in this times, and the relationship of them, then shows the influences of the student organization on the education of ideology-politics for the middle students. In addition, the author makes a concrete investigation. On the basis of the investigation and the research and accumulative experience, the author loans the theories of psychology, context teaching method, and behaviorism, structuralism, achieves the related theory that we can improve the level of middle school students'ideology-politics through the guidance and management for the student organization.To make this research convincing and reasonable, the author designs the investigation elaborately, gives the students necessary remarks, and tried to control the variable to make the investigation practical. Besides, the author summarizes certain methods which are referenced from work of Kantorwitz(an American psychologist), A Masterpiece in Psychological Studies: Experimental Psychology.Hope sincerely that this thesis will be helpful and beneficial for the education of the ideology-politics for the middle school students.
