| Student organization is an indispensable part of colleges and a bridge of the communication of colleges and students,which plays an important role in improving college students' comprehensive quality,directing students to adapt to the society and promoting high education reform.However,influenced by traditional ideas and the administration of colleges' inside management system,student organizations of colleges are administration-inclined.Studying student organizations of colleges and their administration inclination is significant in theory and practice of strengthening and improving the building of student organizations and making full use of these organizations.The thesis is based on the bureaucracy theory.I look up many literatures about student organizations of colleges and tease and evaluate them.I study Z College through open interview,field research,questionnaire and many other methods.Then I analyze manifestation and reasons of the administration of student organizations of colleges.At last,I put forward some advice.Through the study,I find out that administration is mainly reflected in two respects including the administration characteristics of the inside operation of student organizations and the administration inclination colleges' organization and management of students.In the thesis I analyzes the reasons why the deep root of official rank standard idea,the influence of colleges' inside management model,the management system and current situation of student organization promote the administration of student organizations,and I put forward advice.First,we should strengthen education of ideal and faith and weaken official rank standard idea.Second,reform education management system and promote de-administration of colleges.Third,we should actively explore and improve inside operation system of student organizations.Fourth,we should strengthen top-level design and develop student organizations with healthy development. |
