Informal organization is the spontaneous formation of emotional strength activities sustaining organization. In class in primary and secondary schools, not only as the core of the formal organization of the class Committee, there are a variety of informal organization, the informal organization on class management has positive aspects, there are also negative aspects can give full play to its positive effects and reduce its negative impact, is related to physical and mental development of students as well as school and class management goal implementation.
