With the further development of the new reform of curriculum ,some problems come out,of which traditional models of assessment is a hard obstacle, because of its conflict with the gist of the new reform of curriculum. Classroom is a main Part of educational activities,so its assessment is important part of educational assessment. However classroom assessment becomes alienate, because the effect of assessment outside .It concentrates on appraisal of students, but it ignores the function of development .As a result, based on many years of practice and studying the research in and abroad ,the author put out a way of solving the problem. The way out is to build a growing classroom assessment system to make students improve rapidly. It can guild the practice of student assessment of our country, in order to improve educational activities in our classroom and students'development. The article mainly concerns with the basic theories,the features,working mechanism,factors and supporting tactics of growing classroom assessment, and so on .This article is divided into eight parts. In the first part (introduction), presents the meaning of this research by analyzing the educational problems and the situation of educational assessment and relevant study on evaluation .In the first chapter ,the author the author firstly defines the relevant concepts and the features of class assessment .In the second chapter the author criticizes and analyzes the models 0f class assessment system nowadays for its controlling with students, including its factors present situation and effects . In the third chapter , firstly, the author introduces the nuclear meaning of the developmental assessment .then, the theoretical hypothesis and theoretical foundation of developmental student evaluation, from constructivism theory and theory of subjectivity education ,theory of sociology , theory of demand and so on . In the fourth chapter, the author talks about the features of classroom assessment. In the fifth chapter , the author talks about factors of class assessment. In the sixth chapter, the author talks about working mechanism of developmental classroom student assessment . In the last chapter the author puts forward some suggestions to support the system from three aspects: school culture, the complement of assessment systems and the organizing of spreading.Generally speaking, the author mainly demonstrates developmental student assessment based on the criticism of the assessment system of nowadays'. The research can enrich the study on developmental assessment and enhance the attention from the academe. Besides ,it can also offer some valuable reference for the execution of student assessment.
