With the rapid development of society, information technology has graduallyintegrated into every aspect of people’s lives, brought great convenience to human’slife. Improving students’ information literacy and information acquisition, processing,differential ability, cultivating students to become qualified citizens in the informationera has become one of the basic concepts of information technology curriculum insenior school. Because of our country’s information technology disciplinesmarginalized and teaching focus mainly in the test evaluation method in senior school,in the course of information technology exposed a number of shortcomings anddefects in the process of evaluation. For example: evaluation method, evaluationcontent, evaluation criteria are single, evaluation process does not pay attention tostudent innovation ability, practice ability and higher order thinking ability, excessiveemphasis of quantified achievements and so on.Developing teaching evaluation is a kind of the formative evaluation method,mainly faced the student’s evaluation, it makes up classification and rewards andpunishments for the purpose of the disadvantages of summative assessment,weakened the quantitative performance results, advocated that the evaluation objectsas the center, advocated that let more evaluation body involved, and morecomprehensive, accurate evaluation of the evaluation objects to the appraisal method.The evaluation through the teaching activities of the entire process, adhere to promotethe comprehensive development of evaluation objects, respect the evaluation objectpersonality education, adhere to the people-oriented guiding ideology.This research mainly uses the literature research method, investigation method,action research method. Based on the current senior high school informationtechnology curriculum teaching evaluation of the status quo, with modern educationalevaluation theory as the basis, to the senior school information technology curriculumdevelopment teaching assessment conducted a preliminary exploration and test. Bysurvey method, informed of the current high school information technology teachingevaluation and the drawbacks of high school students to the development of theteaching evaluation of acceptance and anticipation, resulting in high schoolinformation technology courses in the use of developmental assessment of necessityand feasibility. In the evaluation of the design part, a high school information technology development evaluation design of three steps, namely evaluation targetdesign, evaluation criteria, evaluation of design process design. Then explain thedevelopmental evaluation at information technology application effect in seniorthrough specific cases.
