In preschool children and their companion's mutual interaction process, conflicts are common and basic life forms. They are inevitable .If the conflicts can't be properly solved, they will affect the children's mood, the health in mind and body even later social adaptation. While if the conflicts can be solved appropriately, then it is helpful for the children to be de-egocentric and obtain the abilities of view selection, consultation, mutual help and cooperation. In the social process, it will enhance the individual's socialization process and good individual quality development. But it's found that many children can't deal with the peer conflicts and peer relationship properly. If conflicts occur and teachers solve and prevent them as soon as possible, it will not be good to the children's development. By means of the studies on the solution strategies of conflicts between children, we can have a look at their socialization development level and their peer relationship. So it is important to have a study on how the preschool children deal with the conflicts between them.The author have observed the preschool children's peer conflicts for one month in the first, second and third year classes of a kindergarten in Kaifeng and recorded eighty conflict behavior cases. According to the firsthand information the author refined five causes, eight strategies and four results in the children's conflicts solution. According to the case analysis and based on the five causes of conflicts, the author classified and analyzed the conflict solution strategies the preschool children in the first, second and third year classes have used. At last the author tried to summarize the characters of the conflict solution strategies according to the five causes in the three different classes and generalize the factors which have affected the children to do in conflicts. On the basis the author attempted to put forward proposals for the teachers about how to train the children to solve peer conflicts. According to the observation and the analysis, the characters of the conflict solution strategies are: first, when objects and space dispute: children often adopt directly fight or body attack strategies. With the age growth and social experience increased, some of the children began to avoid the conflict promotion. In the conflicts there are some social factors occurring and the children's desire of controlling others are enhancing. Second, when intentional provokes: the children adopted mostly the body attacks and the spoken language attacks or complaints. Third, when accidental behavior: children's strategies in the first year class almost are complaints and the elder children most adopt body attacks, threat or complaints method. Fourth, when controlling and interference to others: most children adopt complaints or body attacks methods. Fifth, when violating the disciplines: children in the first and second year class usually adopt spoken language attacks method. Children in the third year class behave better. They can use the soft explanation strategies. The affective factors on the preschool children's conflicts solution strategies are: First, the preschool children's social cognitive development level and their social communication experience. Second, the preschool children's mind theory development level. Third, the preschool children's abilities to use language, (1)the children's language expression abilities and the polite expression use, (2) the children's manner and tone of speaking. Fourth, the preschool children's mutual relationship. Fifth, the preschool children's different characters. Sixth, the spacious environmental influences.
