Peer interaction is an important part of social interaction. Peer communication capabilities of children affect children's cognitive development, emotional feelings and social interactions, which is significant for the children integrating into the social life. Peer conflict is important parts of peer interaction, which peer conflict solution strategy the children choose when they face the peer conflict, directly impact on the result of the problem and the peer relationships. The research will focus on orphans and disabled children's peer interaction and peer conflict solution strategy, trying to figure out the status and characteristics of the orphans and disabled children's peer interaction, peer conflict, the conflict solution strategies. It's expected to provide useful information about real cases to the welfare agencies and the foster families.106 children Aged at 8-16 years old, including 43 normal,30 disabled orphans in institutions and 33 disabled orphans in foster care received assessment of peer interaction, peer conflicts and peer conflict resolution by Children Peer Interaction Questionnaire, Children Peer Conflicts Questionnaire and Children Peer Conflicts Solution Strategies Questionnaire.This article showed that the disabled orphans in foster care:(1) Foster children's peer interaction ability is similar to normal children, but their social obstacles and heterosexual are relatively serious, elementary school children's prosocial behaviors are the worst, senior foster children are weakest in communicative ability. (2)Foster children and normal children's characteristics of conflict-solving relatively are close, they have more conflict about "items, space dispute", "games, rules" and "goading", elementary school foster children have most conflicts.(3) foster children's communication goals are the most negative. Elementary school foster children are positive, senior children more negative when they face the brothers and good friends. Foster girls t use more help strategy than boys, senior compromise strategy, Foster children paid attention to harmony relation (especially when facing brothers and sisters) and individual needs, Foster children have higher appropriateness in conflict-solving strategies. (4) Social obstacles and prosocial behaviors and foster children's conflict-solving strategies have relations. This article also showed that the disabled orphans in institutions:(1)The disabled orphan's heterosexual contacts ability are more strong, girls'presocial interaction, language and non-language communication ability, heterosexual contacts ability are weak, the boys have more social obstacles, low, elementary school children are weakest, the senior children's interaction ability are the strongest. (2) The disabled orphans only have more "interference, control" conflict, the girls are strongest than boys, the junior children meet more "interference, control". (3) The disabled orphans'goal are negative, girls tend to more against strategy, with grade rise, the disabled orphans'direct conflict and verbal strategy increase, compromise decreased, but compromise strategy is still higher, the senior disabled orphans in institutions always pay more attention to vital interests, but less harmonious relationship. (4) Language and non-language ability and children's conflict-solving strategies have relations.As a conclusions:we can find that:Foster care can improve disabled orphans'peer interaction ability, but due to the children' experience and environmental factors, foster children especially girls, senior children's peer interaction and conflict-solving strategies are less optimistic, on the other hand, disabled orphan's peer interaction in institutions are very weak, especially boys and junior, elementary school children.
