A peer is one of the infant’s important others, which plays an important role in his growing process. A good interaction can promote peer relationships, while peer conflict still happens a lot. With the further research of preschool education, researchers can calmly accept and understand the conflicts, actively solve the conflicts and gradually affirm the values of the conflicts, instead of just preventing them. So researchers should treat the conflicts correctly that they need to courage infants to choose the proper solutions, cultivate their confidence to solve problems, and lead them to learn communication skills for improving their abilities of managing and solving peer conflicts independently. It can help them release their self-centeredness and grow healthily at the same time.In order to get the most natural and realest situation, the researcher joined in a day of life of a middle class of kindergarten, based on the principles of real and objective. The researcher collected and recorded the whole process of infants’ peer conflicts by the ways of written records, taping, pictures, etc., including the origins, process, and results of the conflicts and coping strategies. The researcher also paid close attention to the speeches, expressions, and actions of the infants when conflicts happened, and analyzed it combined with its background. So it mainly used the natural observation method and interviewing method on the research. About the research contents, the researcher firstly arranged and analyzed the peer conflicts of a middle class of kindergarten infants on the base of the definition and actions of peer conflicts, summarized the general features of them in different region types, life activities, and teaching activities, and concluded the main features of peer conflicts; then analyzed its influencing factors from the aspects of infants themselves, teachers, family and society in detail; at last, the researcher presented several operable and effective strategies to solve the infants’ peer conflicts.
