Society and economy are developing. human society already enters the knowledge-based economy times.,the request to people become higher and higher. What dos the modern society need are the people with the talent of creative. The one who pays no attention to that is happening outside the world will not be suitable for the modern society. Modern society absent nowhere in network, information is easy to get. But,knowledge is not equal to ability, what modern society need is the people who has the real capability. It does not need the"moving library". Chinese has already gotten great achievement in the training of creativity, but there are still a lot of factors restricting this job. All teachers know the importance of the students' creative ability training. However, since the restriction of appraise way, most people can only abandon the ideas of training students' creative thinking of ability's, be guided by the college entrance examination. We pass the trial of training students' creative thinking by discussing the method of the training of student' creative thinking and discuss the method of training the student's creative thinking. It is found that the problem is in the connection of the creative thinking and the process of teaching. And found that it is importance to make more educational workers understand the importance of creative thinking, and the importance of them to take part in the work of creative thinking training. After about one year's work, we discover that the creative thinking makes the classroom atmosphere fine, for the limited of appraise way, we can't improve students' examination achievement a lot. so if we want more people take part in this work, it is necessary to change the appraise way of teaching of middle school.
