Creative thinking is one of the most important constitute of science creative power. It is also the most basic and mental quality in science creative power. To develop the students' science creative power, we need to carry on the creative ?thinking training. The formation and development of creative thinking pay much attention to the development in the course teaching, in addition, it also needs to be improved and developed through the specialized activities or courses training.Creative thinking not only has the disciplinal realistic meaning, but also has the possibility of getting the exaltation and development through training. It can be drawn from the research result of psychology that there is a law for the person's thinking activity to follow and that it can be stirred up and elevated through a specialized training.It can be shown from the practice of setting up creative thinking training course and a series of research that thinking training can be set up as a course. It is an effective and valuable education form to carry on specialized thinking training on students of Junior Grade One. It can promote the formation and development of the students' better thinking and it will not produce any negative influence on the study of the students' foundation subjects.The article is divided into five parts: The first part is the overview of the cultural heritage, introducing the present state of studying the creative thinking. The second part is the theory exposition of the thinking and the creative thinking. The third part is the theoretic foundation of the creative thinking training. The fourth part is the implement and teaching practice of 《The Creative Thinking and The Creative Technique Training 》, which covers the contents, the path, the teaching example of cases and the result evaluation, as well as the conclusion of this course after it is carried out and the afterward thinking. The fifth part is the conclusion and the references.
