We are limited to the traditional frame that teaching and learning is a special theory of cognitive process for so long that the traditional pattern of teaching and learning ,focusing on teacher as a center in class and emphasizing knowledge teaching ,can not be easily broken through all the time. To establish the teaching and learning process of movements generation is to free ourselves from the defects of cognition in the process of teaching and learning, to understand correctly the complexity and movements generation of class, to attach importance to the interaction between persons in the process of teaching and learning from the angle of life and to set up ecological environment of the teaching and learning of chemistry in middle school with dynamism.The article, starting with the development of the sense of teaching and learning process, analyzes the course in which the sense of teaching and learning of movements generation is put forward and explains the research aims and meanings of the article based on analyzing the current situation of the design of teaching and learning .A large number of practical cases of teaching and learning of chemistry class in middle school has been collected in the article by way of adopting some methods such as watching and learning, interviewing and talking and so on and then four major problems, existing in the process of the teaching and learning of chemistry class in middle school, are discovered from the angle of movements generation。In the end, tactics of class teaching and learning of chemistry in middle school are presented. The main research fruit I have achieved in the article are as follow:1. Four big problems are discovered: (1) The predetermination of class teaching and learning is too unyielding. (2) The process of class teaching and learning is lways in regular order. (3) The appraisal of class teaching and learning is too idealized. (4) The reconsideration of class teaching and learning is too outward. 2. A process pattern of class teaching and learning of chemistry in middle school which is from predetermination to generation is established in the article, which can be summed up as follow: (1) Careful predetermination is done before class to approach generation. (2) Adjustment is made in the process of teaching and learning to gear up generation. (3) Reconsideration after class is important to perfect predetermination pattern.3. The main tactics of class teaching and learning of chemistry in middle school are summed up as follow: (1) The concept of teaching and learning should be renewed and the plan of teaching and learning of chemistry class which is much more flexible is expected to designed. (2) The role played by a teacher is supposed to be changed so as to create more opportunities for the generation of the students. (3) The research of teaching and learning ought to be enhanced and the level of teaching and learning should be improved constantly.
