Research On Building Multiform Social Assistance System With The Background Of Social Transformation

Social assistance, which is the base of the whole social security, aims to safeguard the right to life of those who live in poverty. Multiform social assistance system is a development of the traditional mode. It will be the highest stage of the social assistance system. It analyses the reason of the people who be in bad. Then give them help through the different modes. As Chinese social, economic and cultural reforms are going on, the traditional mode of social assistance seems to have been the obstacle. So it is very important to build and perfect multiform social assistance system. Although it has been in a new stage of studying the social assistance in our country, there is still not so much research on multiform social assistance system, so this thesis tries to make some study in this field by theories and examples.This thesis is committed to research on building multiform social assistance so as to perfect the whole social assistance system. It starts with the problem of poverty resulted from social reform and makes emphasis on the importance of perfecting the social assistance system. This thesis analyses the status of social assistance system both in theory and practice in our country. Then it points out the reasons that restrict the development of multiform social assistance system. It introduces some experiences of the foreign countries. By plenty of reasoning and data analysis, this thesis puts forward some proposals and modes of multiform social assistance system in the background of social reform.
