The Phenomenon Of College Students' Addiction To Internet And The Instruction Research About It

As Internet is more widely utlized in colleges and universities, college students take up the most proportion of the Internet users. Internet contributes a lot to the college students'study and plays an important role in their daily lives. Meanwhile ,it directly results in the conflict of their values, the loss of their ideal and belief, and the falling of their morality because they are too fond of and absorbed in Internet. How to make the most of Internet, and how to prevent the unfavorable influence caused by the addiction to Internet and indulgence in Internet which make students be physically injured and mentally affected. It becomes a focus in present colleges and universities to deal with the college students'mind problems well.This article begins with studying the unfavorable influnce caused by the college students'addiction to Internet , by means of investigation study, personal case analysis, interview and so on, analyses the basic characteristics and main manifestation of addiction to Internet, and how deeply they indulge in, finds out the present state and characteristics of college students'addiction to Internet and its main manifestation of unfavorable influence on them.This article also combines it with the rules of college students'phycology and uneducational reasons why students are so indulged in Internet, and draws the conclusion that the problem can be solved by education management and instruction, and the main way is to construct the college students'Internet quality. The article considers addiction to Internet as the main cause which brings to unfavorable influnce on college students, combines it with the rules of students'phycology and cognition, finds out their lack of Internet quality in phycology quality, information judgement, and lays emphasis on explaining why they should be instructed, and how to instruct them. The school should start from the development of college students'individual quality, focus on improving their correct purpose on surfing Internet, create safe and civil Internet environment, develop their Internet quality, find out the ways in which the problems of addiction to Internet can be prevented and solved.
