With the constant development of educational reform the scale of the ordinary senior high school is expanding largely and the number of enrollment is increasing, which leads to a series of problems, facing educational officials and teachers, such as shortages of teachers and funds; and an unreasonable subject structure. So the quality of education and leading is also faced with the new challenge. How to strengthen our school management and improve our educational and teaching quality is our educators'worthwhile thinking.In so many methods of the school management, the managerial system of the grade team is being more and more stressed. The management of the grade team, as important aspect in the school management, plays a more and more important role and shows the advantage of managerial methods and non-substitute. As a result the management of the grade team also promises to be better and better. Making full use of the managerial function of the trade team to reinforce and optimize the management of the whole school is an important step to improve the efficiency of the school management.Teachers are man powers in the school management and what quality the teachers are like has a direct effect on what kind of people being fostered. Teachers occupy a decisive position in the management of the grade team. How to mobilize teachers'great enthusiasm and bring the teachers'teamwork spirit into full play is an important factor in the management of the grade team.The teamwork spirit is increasingly paid attention to by the managers in all walks of life today. Similarly, the management of the grade in the school should be combined with the teachers'unity, co-op and working as one. Therefore, the middle school teachers'management of the grade under the teamwork is the main problem to be probed with the same trades in this article by the author.The author analyzes a series of teachers'problems existing in the cooperative management of the grade team, by using the principles of pedagogy and psychology expounds the causes of barriers in the unity and co-op of the trade teachers at present, emphasizes the great significance in the teamwork of the grade, provides the theoretical basis on the teamwork of the grade teachers, and points out various effective means in the teamwork of the teachers and two managerial strategy with an eye to the teachers'management of the grade teamwork.
