For middle school,how to carry out effective class management is very important,which gave birth to the practice and exploration of class management model,therefore,it is of theoretical significance and practical value to break through the original class management model,to explore and study the new class management model.This study takes advantage of the researcher's experience in Changjun middle school,Changjun Lushan International Experimental School,Changjun bilingual experimental school,Changjun Meixihu middle school,the four campus of Changjun Education Group,to explore the practice and research of class management model of Changjun Education Group,and refined the class management model with characteristics of Changjun——Wisdom-Cadre-Team-Table Quantitative Operating System("WCTTQOS" or "WCTT" model,for short),on the basis of the summary of the experience and practice of class management."WCTT",based on the model of traditional class management,integrate the idea of cooperation team,with the help of quantitative class management operating system,formed to the class management model,"the class teacher charm as its core,the class cadre management as the framework,team construction as the foundation,system construction as the guarantee".It has its own characteristics,also has a certain value,not only based on the practical problems of class management,but also based on the theory of self education,the theory of effective education,the theory of cohesion and the theory of subjectivity education."WCTT" model uses the team as the basic unit of class management,based on the quantitative evaluation of the students' self-management team,leverages the educational wisdom of class teacher,builds team competition and cooperation platform,create teamwork atmosphere in class,mobilize the initiative of students' self-management,use the power of students' Self-education to implement class management.The implementation of "WCTT" model is divided into scientific grouping,team culture construction,regulations culture construction,independent management of students,construction of team cooperation mechanism,normalized cooperation and competition,the effect of the implementation is quite significant,but there are also problems in the exclusion of student individual in team life and utilitarian psychology,which is worth solving."WCTT" mode,as it were,is a new class management model,it is worth recommending.
