Study On The Construction Of Grade Group Teachers' Team In Middle School

Grade group is the basic organization of school. One excellent grade group teachers' team is the nuclear competitive ability. In a school, grade group can't bring the influence of 1+1 > 2,but every teacher exert his every potentiality and the integral power of the group, so that the quality of teaching and the students can be improved.Based upon the theory of grade group's construction and the team, the dissertation endeavors to analyze the current status and causes of S school by questionnaire and interview. After investigation, some problems of grade group construction are emerged. For example, the interaction among grade group leader, class supervisor and other teachers is lacked; the cooperation among grade group teachers is defective and so on. Under these unharmonious elements, teachers and students are in unsteady situation so that the quality of teaching and students is influenced.Aiming to deal with the above problems, some methods are put forward as follows: to construct a community through the formation of the desire; to strengthen the training of grade group leaders to define the right and duty of them; to carry out grade group leader responsibility system through bidirectional selection; to push the school-based teaching and research in order to improve the construction of teachers' team; to strengthen the consciousness by the unity between evaluation and reward.
