The direct aim of Altitude academy volleyball sport is body and mind health, complete development which is by means of volleyball sports for medium and the end of goal is in order to perfect college students'colligate diathesis and it a phenomenon of culture or bring up process. In aspects of teaching, the students can select course that it be fond of which is thanks to the educate of college PE option course .But the students are rarely for volleyball option course on time of select course.. The volleyball ground is calmness after school, much training of volleyball term was canceled and the competition was decreased. The crisis of volleyball sports was appeared in the altitude academy. Conquer and impulse the volleyball sports persistent, healthy and steady development is a must solved problem under this position.The research have done through adopted the method of Literature and data, Expert's chat, Questionnaire investigate, Mathematical Statistics. The result shows:Volleyball teach , Volleyball activity at after school and competition training have different function in the process of colleges and universities continuable development in JiLin province. The dominant is Volleyball teach in the currently and the future are the Volleyball activity and after competition training.In the system of Volleyball teach , Volleyball activity at after school and competition training have 21 factors are the dominant factors .The dominant factor and the contact factors in all 21 factors may be changed which the contact factors with system may bring into play crucial function but the dominant factors in currently may weakened in the future in JiLin province.
