Survey Research On "Match Approach" In Volleyball Course At Regular Universities Of Jiangxi Provence

The development of volleyball sport in our country has experienced a longperiod of time, which started since1905and then being glorious. In1981and1982,Chinese women’s volleyball teem won the world volleyball championship, and wonthe Los Angeles Olympic Games women’s volleyball championship in1984. In theLondon Olympic Games, in2012, the Chinese men’s volleyball team was ineligible toenter the Olympic Games, and the Chinese women’s volleyball team just got the fifth.It’s obvious that China Volleyball has been in the doldrums period. Especially intoday’s colleges and universities, the development of volleyball has been lagged off.Students prefer madminton and basketball other than volleyball. The survey ofcolleges and universities in Jiangxi province showed that the reason of choosingvolleyball is because other optional courses are not available. Besause of low level ofinteresting in volleyball, students basic volleyball siklls cannot match syllabus.The paper introduces "game teaching method"into the traditional teachingmethod in order to improve students’interests in volleyball, to mobilize students’learning enthusiasm and initiative, to cultivate students’ judgment and the teamcooperation ability, to improve the learning efficiency, and to enable students to bebetter and faster. Finally using this method to raise the overall enthusiasm in and afterclass.This paper takes Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University as theobject to research game teaching method in general courses among colleges anduniversities of Jiangxi Province. The paper mainly focues on two volleyball classes(non sport major students) being chosen randomly and adopts the method ofquestionnaire、 literature、 mathematical statistic and experimental method toinvestigate and analyze current teaching mode in colleges and universities of JiangxiProvince. Based on the the experimental study of game teaching method in publiccourses of volleyball, the paper draws the following conclusions:(1) Through applying "game teaching method" in optional courses amongcolleges and universities of Jiangxi Province can improve the students’ interest in volleyball, to enable students to actively participate in volleyball training andcompetition, and to make students obtain the success experience, to achieve a bettergrasp of volleyball basic skills.(2) Through applying "game teaching method" in optional courses amongcolleges and universities of Jiangxi Province to improve the students’ learningmotivation, to change the students’ awareness on volleyball, so as to obtain the betterlearning effect.(3) Through applying "game teaching method" in optional courses amongcolleges and universities of Jiangxi Province to strengthen students’ physique, tocultivate students teamwork ability, as well as the collective spirit, at the same time tohelp students have the idea of lifelong sports.(4) Through applying "game teaching method" in optional courses amongcolleges and universities of Jiangxi Province, the paper finds out that game teachingmethod has no advantage comparing to the traditional teaching method in singleprogram learning.(5) Through applying "game teaching method" in optional courses amongcolleges and universities of Jiangxi Province, the paper finds out that generally thegarm teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in tacticsapplication.(6) Comparing with game teaching method in other countries, the paper finds outthat the research of geme teaching method in China is relatively simple and lack ofcombination with other teaching methods.Based on the result of "game teaching method" in optional courses amongcolleges and universities of Jiangxi Province the paper suggests that:(1) In a single basic volleyball skill learning process, using a plurality ofinformation technology teaching feedback tracking, video shot by students during thetraining, to find out each student’s individual technical shortcomings and mistakes,then to adjust the proportion of traditional teaching method and game teachingmethod to consolidate and improve students volleyball basic skills and techniques, tooptimize teaching results. (2) To applying game teaching method in class also strengthen students’ abilityof practing after school.(3)To arrange training loads and intensity according to students’ own situations,and to develop their sport habits(4) To improve gym teachers’ professional accomplishment, and to encouragethem to do in-depth study of sports teaching, so as to make teaching methoddiversification, integrated, and to optimize the teaching effect.
