| In early 2020,affected by the sudden COVID-19 outbreak,universities had to postpone offline teaching in order to reduce exposure and prevent the spread of the disease to campus,and actively carry out online teaching activities on a large scale.The advantages of online teaching were fully utilized during the epidemic.This has accumulated valuable experience for exploring the teaching mode of integration of online and offline,and the O2 O teaching mode of integration of online and offline has attracted more and more educators’ attention.In this study,the application of O2 O teaching mode in the general courses of volleyball in physical education colleges is taken as the research object.Focusing on the characteristics of O2 O teaching mode,four classes of physical education class 8,Class 9,Class 10 and Class 11 of 2020 in Fengyukou Campus of Xi ’an University of Physical Education are selected as the experimental group and the control group,with a total of 70 students.The research methods include literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment.After 8 weeks of teaching experiment,testing the physical condition of students before and after the experiment test scores,volleyball theory achievement,motor skill study results have been compared,physical exercise attitude,inspection O2 O teaching mode in the sports colleges and universities,practical application effect in volleyball general lessons for our school’s teaching mode reform and development to provide certain theoretical basis.The experimental results show that:1.There is no significant difference between O2 O teaching mode and traditional teaching mode in improving students’ physical fitness after 8-week teaching experiment.O2 O teaching mode is of little help to improving students’ physical fitness.2.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,O2 O teaching mode is more conducive to improving students’ volleyball skills and achieving volleyball standards.3.O2 O teaching mode is of great help to students’ learning and mastering of volleyball theoretical knowledge.Compared with traditional teaching mode,it can improve students’ volleyball theoretical scores to a greater extent.4.O2 O teaching mode can improve students’ attitude towards physical exercise,play a positive role in cultivating students’ exercise habits and awareness,and help cultivate students’ lifelong sports awareness.5.O2 O teaching model The establishment of online teaching platform for teachers and students to build a harmonious teaching relationship provides an effective solution,can shorten the distance between teachers and students,students. |
