With the unceasing penetration of the reform of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities, people set an even higher and newer demand on the logistical administrative service. How to grasp the opportunities, change with the times and pay special attention to the logistical service in order to adapt the needs of the higher educational development is one of the major issues of the logistical departments. The key point is to make the new service idea the tenet, pay special attention to the establishment of the logistical procession and cultivate a group of the high-quality logistical service staff.The research persists in the human-centered principle, tries to combine the theory of human resources management, probes into and solves the problem of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities comparatively comprehensively and systematically. The contribution to the perfect of the theoretical system of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities is expected and further enrich the connotation of the theory of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities.The article first discusses the definition, the purpose and significance of the training for the workers and staff, analyzes the actuality of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities and points out the problems that the idea of the training is backward, the content of the training is out-dated, the way of training is single and the system of the training is rigid. The article analyzes the problems in the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities through the analysis of the actuality of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities and according to the aim of the reform of the logistical socialization. The relative theory of the human resources management is also used to put forward the countermeasures of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities, i.e. renovate the training idea, choose carefully the training content, reform the training way and improve the training system in order to establish a perfect system of the vocational training for the workers and staff in the colleges and universities.
