The Discussion Of The Interpersonal Relationship Question In The Process Of Constructing Harmonious Society

At present, people are striving for the goal of constructing"harmonious society"roundly in China .Above all,"harmonious society"should be the society with harmonious interpersonal relationship .It is a sequent process from harmonious interpersonal relationship to the harmonious society. The harmony of interpersonal relationshiop is the best basical harmony ,and constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship is the base of constructing"harmonious society".In this thesis , the author uses interpersonal relationship of Marxism as the theory foundation and narrates the necessity of constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship of harmonious society .At the same time, the author analyzes the reasons of the interpersonal relationship in the condition of market economy and proposes the measures and the signification of constructing harmonious interpersonal relationship. The essay falls into four parts . The first part analyzes interpersonal relationship from the angle of philosophy to define the human relationship and to compare with Chinese and western philosophy about interpersonal relationship theory and to elaborated the Marxism about elementary interpersonal relationship theory. The second part analyzes the interpersonal relationship characteristics and the reasons of their changes under the market economy condition. The third part analyzes the harmonious interpersonal relationship characteristics and the function of"harmonious society". The fourth part proposes the principles and concrete measures of constructing the harmonious interpersonal relationship.
