Evaluating And Regulating Harmonious Interpersonal Relationship Of University Students

Harmonious society is the states that include parts ,all the communities and individuals which are in harmony with existing. As we all know ,the society is the people's society, so when we construct the harmonious society, we must pay attention to developing the harmonious interpersonal relationship, the harmonious society is nothing without harmonious interpersonal relationship. so first of all harmonious society is harmonious interpersonal relationship, harmonious interpersonal relationship is the base of harmonious society.The university students are the ridgepole of our country, the hope of our nation. During the situation it is our obligation to pay close attention to their interpersonal relationships and pick out their shortcomings and regulate them. It helps for them to improve their quality and to construct the harmonious campus, to some extent It contribute to construct our great harmonious society.Taking the university students as the objects of study, by the literature summary and investigation question, we analyze the relationships among university students, the parents, the teachers and their schoolmates and friends, and discuss their relationships then put on the suggestions.The whole essay is divided into five parts. The first part is the literature summary and question statement; mainly introduction and combing the background, theories and basic concepts. The second part is the demonstration, mainly taking the 386 undergraduate students of Nan Chang University who are in grade from one to four as the objects. It investigates, analyses and evaluates their interpersonal relationship then draw the conclusions. The third part is something that proposes the principles of interpersonal harmony. The fourth part is something that propose some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on the basement of the conclusion, hoping to improve the harmonious interpersonal relationship of university students. The fifth part is the conclusion, comprehensively concluding entire research results.
