On Technical Education Training System Of Teachers In QingYuan Primary And Secondary Schools

The tendency of educational development characterized with the wide use of Educational technology has appeared in the world in 21st century, which is called"the phenomenon of educational information"by the domestic experts. Educational information has triggered a profound reform in educational thought, conception, content and method of primary and secondary schools, so it is essential to build the ranks of primary and secondary schools with enough quantity and quality in order to achieve the application and popularization of informational technology in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, educational information to teachers in primary and secondary schools especially the relative training has been agreed by the whole society.The educational information project centered on educational technical training of primary and secondary school teachers has been pushed forward and accomplished something recently. What poses our awareness, however, is that the profit of this project in education is far away from expectation and the information degree of primary and secondary school teachers hasn't improved remarkably comparing with the big-scale input of construction of information infrastructural facilities. That is to say that the effect of the educational skill training to primary and secondary school teachers has now become the"bottleneck"of restricting the development of educational information. Thus the educational administrative departments and the concerning training units feel an urge to discuss and settle how to make practical training plan and develop effective training activity.The paper has proposed to build up a reasonable education technical training system for primary and secondary school teachers based on the currency and self practice, aiming at offering some positive advice for their work.
