Starting in the mid-20th century ,the third scientific revolution characterized by rapid development of informational technology is another breakthrough in science and technology.Computer and applications of Internet brings great changes to our live, work and learning. Informational technology has become necessary skills of citizens in 21st century. Meanwhile, computer and Internet based Information and Communication Technology are increasingly used in teaching,and quickly applied to the field of special education.While there are still many problems in special education,such as,insufficient number of schools and institutions, lack of qualified teachers, schools,big gap of hardware between special schools and general issues.In view of this, "concerned about special education"was written into the reports of the 17th Congress.But at present, China still haven't formal professional standards for special education.Professional training models of Special educational teachers,fitting our contemporary situation, are still a vacancy.So,I have the status of the use of informational technology capabilities of special educational teachers in our country as a research starting point,then proposes development and training models of teachers in special education. First of all,we explain the new professional contents of special educational gived by rapid development of informational technology,it needs a new special educational system with the features of open, professional and technical. Secondly,basing on new system of special education,we explain the qualities needed by special educational teachers,including professional qualities and abilities of modern educational technology as the core of computers. Thirdly,combining the interviews with analysises of dates,we study the status of capabilities of informational technology which special educational teachers have,and analyze the cause which special educational teachers' abilities of informational technology are not very well.Finally,we proposes the methods for special educational teachers to improve application of informational technology,and as the start of special educational students and special educational teachers,we elaborate training models and grooming models. We hope we can provide practical solutions for the educational institutions,and promote development of special education teachers using professional information. |
