With the continuous development of education informationization and the development of the new curriculum reform, subject teachers'ability of educational informationization is becoming more and more important. Using the modern education technology to improve the teaching process and the teaching mode, cultivate students' innovative and practical ability and lifelong learning ability has become an inevitable trend in the current teaching reform. Teachers are the principal part in the entire educational activities, similarly also are the important participator in the education informationization environment. The development of the teacher education informationization is the key of the education informationization, and the teacher education informationization is the basis of the education informationization, both of them complement each other and mutual promotion. Information technology in the educational activities is more widely used, the majority of primary and secondary school teachers must continuously improve their information literacy and the ability to use modern technology to promoting information technology education in schools, achieving the modernization of education, promoting In-depth development of the quality education and basic education courses reform, improving education quality and efficiency, improving the level of teacher professional development, building a high-quality professional teachers.This paper starts with the study of the connotation of abilities of education informationization, analyzes the present situation and at home and externally, by using literature study, questionnaire interviews on primary and secondary school teachers' ability of education informationization in WeiFang Shandong province, investigates the status quo of it, anaylzes the surveys data, in this way, summarizes the status of primary and secondary school teachers' ability of education informationization, and identifies problems which affect the improvement of teachers' ability of education informationization. Then, the paper brings forward strategies fitted teachers' ability of education informationization from five aspects of educational concept, Management behavior, Urban and Rural development, teacher training and practical application. This research can also provide ideas to other cities and regions in the development of primary and secondary teachers' ability of education informationization.This article contains five parts. The first part is the introduction of this research, which takes a whole description of this subject including research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, contents and methods of the research. In the second part, the research analyzes and defines the connotation of the teacher education informationization and the ability of teacher education informationization after the discussion of education informationization. This part definitude the conception of the teacher education informationization, and point out there are four aspects about the abilities of teacher education informationization which are the integration ability of information technology and subject teaching, the ability of designing and developing the pertinent learning resources and software, the ability of teachers in the evaluation of information, and the ability of promoting the effective application of information technology in teaching. The third part is to survey and analyze the present situation of primary and secondary school teachers' ability of education informationization in WeiFang Shandong province. By designing the questionnaire, counting the questionnaire data, this part analyzes present situation of teachers' ability of education informationization in this area, and summarizes the reasons which impact the teachers' ability of education informationization this region. The forth part is the improving strategy for the primary and secondary teachers' ability of education informationization. It's a long-term task for the teacher to improve the ability of education informationization, and also need teachers to constantly improve themselves in practice. The fifth part is a summary and prospect. It includes the conclusion of the study, research gaps and further research.
