| The development of rural economy,education is the foundation,talent is the key.Rural vocational education can improve the quality of farmers and has positive significance for the development of rural economy.At the Party’s 20 th National Congress,it was proposed that we should not only solve the problems of agriculture,but also solve the problems of farmers and blaze a path of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.At present,it is urgent to solve the problems of farmers and promote the development of rural vocational education.It is necessary to highlight the advantages of rural labor force,carry out vocational skills training for farmers,improve the skill level and cultural quality of farmers,promote the construction and perfection of rural vocational education system,optimize the environment of rural vocational education,provide perfect safeguard measures,strengthen the skills training of farmers,in order to promote the construction of rural vocational education.Therefore,vigorously developing rural vocational education and establishing perfect vocational education mode are the inevitable requirements of rural economic development.Only by establishing a perfect rural vocational education system,so that farmers in the vocational education and training to get the necessary professional guidance,to maintain their sustainable development ability,rural economic development can be in reality,and there is hope.This thesis takes the rural vocational education of Cheng ’an County,Handan City,Hebei Province as the research object.Currently,in the field of rural vocational education,there is a lack of research on Cheng ’an County,Handan City,so the main purpose of this project is to supplement the research on rural vocational education in this area,hoping to provide practical experience and relevant suggestions for rural vocational education training in Cheng ’an County,and help improve the level of rural vocational education training in Cheng ’an County.Faster and better promote Cheng’an County rural economic development.Through literature research method,case study method and investigation method,the research status at home and abroad were summarized,to understand the basic situation of skill training and education of farmers in Cheng ’an County and secondary vocational education in Cheng ’an County.This thesis focuses on the analysis of the current Cheng ’an County rural vocational education in the process of development of the main problems: training subjects lack of overall planning,curriculum content weak pertinency,lack of teaching facilities,low enthusiasm of students,these problems hinder the development of Cheng ’an County rural vocational education work,so need a set of scientific and reasonable measures to solve.Based on the successful experience in the development of rural vocational education,this thesis puts forward a series of suggestions and countermeasures,such as improving the current training methods,perfecting the training curriculum,improving the intensity of financial support,and improving the degree of social recognition of training.Its purpose is to improve the current development of rural vocational education in Cheng ’an County,promote and perfect the development of rural vocational education in Cheng ’an County,hoping that the development of rural vocational education in Cheng ’an County is getting better and better. |
