How to improve and enhance didactical power of undergraduate educational technical skills is a crucial problem in current study of educational technique. Nowadays, Educational technology has been playing a more and more important role in pedagogical theory and becomes a breakthrough about the idea'Education should go with modernization, tend towards all over the world and face to the future'and a thruster for the 21th century's educational innovation and educational informationization. Teachers possessing of much educational technical skills is inevitably vital to bring impetus of educational technique into play. Accordingly new course reform is about to launch on in our country and modern educational technique and physical course will be syncretized inundantly.Nevertheless, our investigation indicates that at present very few research in pedagogical technical skills of college students in our country is done and it is not optimistic about the students'mastery of them. Under such condition, it is not only complementary for the investigation field but also helpful to make clear of and sweep off the'dense fog'in the process of college students'education if we are able to give a systematic and general study about the college students'educational technical skills and its development.This paper gives a full account of technical ability development about educational technique in our country'university. Not only the content and structure of educational technical skills is expatiated systematically, but also the reasons that result in the absence of undergraduate educational technical skills'training and the questions existing during the process of ability training are analyzed detailedly, and then a proposal to the point is tabled and a further research is made.The article here is composed of four segments. The first part is introduction which introduces the purpose , the connotation and the current investigation situation from home and abroad and points out our work.. The second part represents the ideas of educational technical skills. The necessity that teachers in information age must master educational techniques is elucidated from the background of the time and the concrete conception about it is provided too. Subsequently we discuss the current college teachers'situation, course reform, the usages of modern means of instruction and college culture. The third part is about theoretical fundamental of educational technical skills, which includes basically structuralist theory, teacher's professionation theory, multivariate intelligence theory and propagation theory. The forth part is about pattern study of educational technical skills'training. For the sake of adaptation for new physical course reformation and fostering grant-teachers fit for requirement of new thoughts about it, a proposal with regard to training of educational technical skills is put forward from macro-levels, and a further micro-discussion is also given. Eventually syncretization of the two modes is attempted to do and a didactical illustration is given here to account for it.
