The Study, Based On Modern Educational Technology Education Reform

The modern educational technology has important position and applied necessities and urgencies in the educational reform, is the highest order and breakthrough in the educational reform, to turn to the educational reform have the decisive meaning deeply.Based on a vast amount of reading and analyzing related books and scientific papers, with the guides of the educational dissemination theory, constructivist theory,study-based learning theory and concordant theory, using dialectical materialist theory of knowledge,documentary analysis method,comparative analysis method,investigation and other scientific research methods, to take the functions of the GIS technique which is in the forward position of modern educational technology in the geography education as an example, carry on researching the technology of educational reform problem base on the modern educational technology.The paper includes five parts:The first part is the base of proposition. First it analyses the existent problems of the educational reform. Then it analyzes the educational thought of the classic pedagogy house and teaching both at home and abroad and points out the content and meaning of this research.The second part discusses the related theories and research methods which are the bases of this research, and gives the definitions to modern educational technology,GIS technique,multi-media technique, network technique and other related accepts.The third part explains the important functions of modern educational technology playing in the educational reform. It mainly analyzes these items, including educational thoughts and views,the quality education, education mode, teaching methods, teaching resources and the developing goals and requirements of students.The fourth part studies the educational reform problem research of the GIS technique, which is in the forward position of modern educational technology, to take the GIS technique application in the geography education as an example.
