Examination and enrollment system is an important field of higher education reform,not only related to the fairness of higher education,but also the realization of the goal of cultivating talents in Colleges and universities play an important effect on.In the traditional examination and enrollment system,the factors like homogenization,identification,unification of students restricted the development of traditional university personnel training mode and hindered the merge of diversification and personalization of students.The new round of the examination and enrollment system born out of the traditional examination and enrollment system.The new round of the examination and enrollment system reform will take the system that regardless of the division of students into different tracks in high school,regardless of the scores lines to deliver students' documents,and it also will take multiple and diverse test mode and comprehensive evaluation admission mode so that popularity orientation,individual orientation,ability orientation and fair orientation could be highlightened.Therefore,in the background of the new round of examination and enrollment system reform,mode will inevitably important change of personnel training in Colleges and universities.So how to change,change is what has become the urgent research topic.This study analyses the basic features of the five stages like establishment,destruction,recovery,reform and deepen the reform of the reform of examination and enrollment system in China with the integrated use of the questionnaire survey,policy text analysis,and historical method,etc.This essay also makes an overall investigation about the current situation of the traditional university personnel training mode,summarizes its characteristics and shortcomings.In comparison with the examination and enrollment system's characteristics and experiences in powerful nations of higher education like the United States,Britain and Japan and with the combination of the fact of Chinese exam enrollment system reform and foreign personalized talent cultivation practice,this study presents a personalized service in university personnel training mode based on the new round of reform of the exam enrollment system.On the one hand,the new round of examination and enrollment system reform will have a direct impact on students like students' multiple consciousness,difference of knowledge structure and ability.On the other hand,it will bring enormous challenges,such as personnel training will be from one-way reception to interactive cultivation,teaching organization will be from the unified organization to individual teaching,essence of personnel training will be from group teaching to personalized teaching,security mechanism will be from decentralization and independence to synergistic interaction,accelerating the individualized training pace of talents in Colleges and universities.From the perspective of international comparison,based on the close relation between college entrance examination system and cultivation in universities,we conclude the common experience of personalized training in this three countries under their unique college entrance examination system: the idea of personalized training,the setting of major based on market requirement,the student-centered courses' setting mode,the open,discussing,investigative organizational form of teaching,the differentiating,incremental,developing student assessment methods.Based on reform of China enrollment system and the practice of personalized training in foreign countries,we put forward college personalized training mode according to new reform of enrollment system: to respect the student's individuality development,to coordinate the configuration of training resources.In order to realize the goal of personalized training,the standard should be focused on elective subject and the students' grades just a reference,the teaching method should adapt to different levels of students.To adopt a site-specific and distinctive construction of professional disciplines,to build a interactive and diversified curriculum structure,and to construct a hierarchical and personalized talent assessment way.
