The history of occurrence and development about the mankind is a history that the person's status make stronger continuously, the person's function strengthen continuously, the person's subjectivity enrich continuously, the person's value realize fully, the person's potential exert fully, the person's character develop completely. The aim of education is developing the person's subjectivity, the subjectivity education theories are exactly the embodiment of the person's subjectivity thought in the education field.The writer commences from the content of the subjectivity education first when discussing this problem, then through the philosophy investigation and dialectic analysis to the basic concept of subjectivity, defines some key concepts which contributes to setting up the subjectivity education theories. Analyzing and thinking thoroughly about the subjectivity education's characteristic, value and foundation in order to making the subjectivity education theories has a good groundwork. The age call the subjectivity education, the subjectivity problem is in the highlight of contemporary has its reason. Then, through ruminating over the life dissimilation phenomenon about the present teenager, analyzes the reason of causing this problem in our education from the combination of the reality and theory. On this foundation, introducing a new visual angle of analyzing problem, namely the life philosophy visual angle of subjectivity education.The creativity of this paper is studying some basic problems that should notice when implements the subjectivity education concretely and thoroughly under the visual field of the life philosophy, and put forward some implement strategies for consulting. In process of the subjectivity education, how to develop the intersubjectivity characteristic well of the teacher and the student, promote the student's subjectivity character, cultivate the student's subjectivity personality and innovation spirits, and make the student become the subject of the development and education activity in the end, which needs the positive cooperation of all factors. The writer is on the basis of drawing up the concerning research results, giving the macro constructive strategy about the principle level, the system level, the process level and the management level, trying my best to perfect the original subjectivity education theory, and hoping to make some contribution to pushing forward the education reform and cultivating the talented person of our country.
