Morality is the fundamental of being a man.Moral education is the core of all education. Secondary vocational schools play a very important role in training high-quality workers who accommodate our country's modernization.Secondary vocational schools put moral education first,which is not only the basic embodiment of the state's education concept,but also the basic requirement to the new generation workers in the new era.However,it is undoubted that the moral education lacks its actual effect in the reality,due to various factors.One of the most important factors is that the students are considered as passive receivers of moral ethics instead of the subject of our currently moral education.It is critical to respect the students and fully exert their subjectivity to achieve moral education goal.To develop the subjectivity of the educatees is the main task of moral education,and the only way to meet the requirement of it as well.It is the reform to the shortcomings of current moral education mode to implement subjective moral education with emphasis on the development of educatees' subjectivity.In this way,moral education values would be realized,students' subjectivity would be developed well,and the actual effect of moral education would be improved greatly.The related concepts of subjective moral education were explained at the beginning of this thesis.Then the author summarized the evolution of the theory in China and other countries,and analyzed its main opinions in different periods,pointing out that the subjective moral education is a scientific conclusion made from intensive study.On this basis,the actual necessity and significance of subjective moral education in secondary vocational schools were then demonstrated in the thesis.At the end of the thesis,the strategies for implementing subjective moral education were discussed on contents,mode,platform,team,atmosphere,evaluation of moral education.Study on the strategies of implementing subjective moral education in secondary vocational schools is a great benefit to combine the advanced moral education concepts with practice.It provides a new visual angle to understand the characteristics and essence of moral education,a new criterion for evaluation,theoretic guidance,and an exploring path for the moral education in secondary vocational schools.
