"The Educational Blog Accompanies My Growth"

The consciousness of "A teacher is a researcher" is filtering into people's minds, and it's been reached a consensus in educational circles that for teachers, carrying out educational reserach is an effective way to promote their growth. It will be significant for development of educational profession if educational narrative research is introduced to research. As educational narrative research focuses on and emphasizes daily life, it becames an effective way to promote new teachers' grewth. This may make teachers think back to their knowledge,experience and method they get during research, instead of hidding them in their hearts, and turn them into words. By continuously accumulation, new teachers will learn what thy don't know before and finally all of these will turns into their knowledge and capability. Accompanied by the educational informatization, Blog is used as a tool in basic education,higher education and working atmosphere, more and more teachers pariticipate into educational blog, a more personal written platform. Young teachers are the main groups of blog, they are researchers, contemplators and practicers in blog. However, it's impossible to take full advantage of blog by only using it as a research platform. We also have to know that blog has built up an interactive research platform for teachers, and become a main space for companion cooperation and professional pilot, so we can say that, narrative research based on blog is an effective way for new teachers' grewth in information society. In this essay, an educational ,professional development and individual story of a female language teacher Y in a key middle school who carrys out narrative research based on blog will be told. During practise, Y carrys out various ways to learn , accumulate, experience and make herself to perfection. This essay focuse mainly on finding out truth process of teacher's activities, tapping teacher's selfhood, promoting teachers's growth and tapping (or revealing) educational ideas and educational ideologies that hide behind all of these lives, events,experience and activities through some stories related to experience.
