As the programmatic document and policy paper of basic education reform, which is issued by the Ministry of Education,<the outline of basic education reform (trial)> puts emphasis on teacher’professional improvement.But teaching reflection receives increasing attention as a key factor of teacher’professional improvement. With the development of information technology in modern society and the deepening of the reform of China’s basic education reform,The majority of teachers are also increasingly concerned about the teachers’blog which is the new platform for teaching reflection.Many teachers also involves actively. But there are some problems when teachers use blog for teaching reflection, such as as the new platform for teaching reflection, which is easier to attract teacher’s attention or which is important but is ignored easily when ro write teacher reflection journal.it can guide teacher’s teaching reflection emphatically by understanding these situations.on the other hand, in order to take full advantage of the teacher’s blog platform for teaching reflection, what should be done for bloggers,respondents and schools.Based on the teachers’blog, this study selects some teacher reflection journals in the Tianhe tribal teacher’s blog community as the object of the research, through the method of document analysis, work analysis and interview, to identify problems and to discuss the countermeasure by using the blog platform to teaching reflection.This study is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the reasons and the background of this study, and the analysis of teacher’s blog, finds out the starting point, to find out the goal and significance of the study. On the basis of analysis of some conceptions such as teacher’s blog, the research method and process are confirmed.The second part aims to the investigation of the current situation and the investigation contents include:the teacher reflection journal and the reply.it aims to summarize the problems, and the influencing factors when to conduct teaching reflection on the teacher’s blog.The third part provides five advice for using teacher’s blog to teaching reflection effectively.
